Fully compliant with **ISO 5893**, alongside ISO 9969, ASTM E4 and other global Testing standards, this system targets structured‑wall pipes, PE corrugated pipes and helically wound pipes, supporting pipe diameters from 110 mm up to 3000 mm with customizable Test frames and working widths. Built‑in three‑closed‑loop control covers stress, strain and displacement, achieving load testing accuracy of ±0.5 % and displacement resolution as fine as 0.04 μm for stable, repeatable measurement results.
Equipped with AC servo drive and dedicated deformation measuring device, the Pipe Stiffness Test Machine connects to PC via USB. Its multi‑language software records real‑time force‑deflection curves, automatically processes raw test data and generates editable test reports exportable to Word and Excel formats, which can embed company logos for formal documentation.
