What Can a High‑performance Grinding and Polishing Machine Bring to Metallographic Labs?

HST GROUP has officially launched the HST‑MoPao4T Metallographic Specimen Grinding and Polishing Machine, a single‑table automatic grinding‑polishing device built in compliance with international standards for material Testing laboratories, universities and quality‑inspection institutions.

Adopting pneumatic single‑point loading without electronic proportional valves, the machine supports manual pressure adjustment and can process up to 4 samples in one batch. Both the grinding‑polishing disc and grinding head realize stepless speed regulation. Three fixed‑speed options are also available, and forward‑reverse rotation is selectable. Users can finish the whole workflow simply by swapping grinding discs, sandpaper or polishing cloth, delivering broad compatibility for diverse specimens.

Equipped with an electromagnetic auto‑lock grinding head and water‑cooling unit, it cools samples during operation to avoid metallographic structure damage caused by overheating while washing away abrasive residues. The cast‑aluminum base enhances structural rigidity. Featuring low‑noise, stable rotation and intuitive parameter setting for pressure and time (0‑3000 seconds), this Grinding and Polishing Machine delivers consistent sample quality. Customizable disc diameters and sample sizes further satisfy varied laboratory application demands.
