The HST-MoPao3T integrates all grinding-polishing workflows in one unit, delivering repeatable scratch-free specimens required by the standard.

      Equipped with a 250mm standard grinding disc, the machine supports 50–1000rpm stepless speed plus four fixed speed modes, matching diverse metal alloys per ASTM E3 protocols. Its automatic polishing head runs 5–150r/min with adjustable 0–0.7MPa loading force, processing up to 4 standard Φ30mm samples simultaneously (customizable for 6 pieces). The intuitive LCD panel enables precise 0–3000s timing control to standardize every preparation step.

      Built with rust-proof integrated fiberglass housing and 900W stable power, the equipment operates with low noise for long-term lab and factory QC use.
