       HST GROUP, parent of Jinan Hensgrand Instrument Co., Ltd., has unveiled its upgraded HST WDW-300EC Composites Materials Testing machine, a 300 kN all-in-one Testing platform engineered to fully comply with ASTM D3039, the core global standard for tensile property evaluation of fiber-reinforced polymer matrix composites.


     The machine delivers Class 0.5 force accuracy and 1/500,000 full-scale load resolution, satisfying the strict alignment and precision requirements of ASTM D3039 to measure ultimate tensile strength, tensile modulus, Poisson’s ratio and failure strain of composite laminates accurately. Equipped with modular hydraulic composite grips, dual axial-transverse Extensometers and optional non-contact video extensometer, it eliminates clamping slippage and strain measurement errors that often skew ASTM D3039 Test data.


     Beyond standard ambient tensile tests, the matched -60℃ to +350℃ environmental chamber supports high/low temperature composite characterization. Its proprietary multi-language control software embeds pre-set ASTM D3039 test templates, auto-generating stress-strain curves and customizable editable test reports with company logos.


     The four-column frame also covers 21+ composite test types across 115 standards including CAI, open-hole compression and Iosipescu shear, catering to aerospace, automotive and wind energy labs.
