    HST Group Co.,LTD recently launched its upgraded HSTBT-40EG touch screen Steel Bar Bending Testing Machine, a precision Testing device fully compliant with GB/T232 metallic materials bend Test standard, catering to steel mills and quality inspection labs worldwide.

This advanced Bending Testing Machine is engineered strictly following GB/T232-2010 and GB/T1499.2-2018, supporting 180° forward bending and full-range reverse bending for steel bars and steel plates. It solves long-standing testing pain points with patented axial and longitudinal fastening fixtures that eliminate specimen sliding during operation, greatly boosting test data consistency required by GB/T232.

     Equipped with a full LCD touch control system instead of outdated mechanical buttons, the equipment extends control system service life by 5–6 times. The retractable gas spring protective net and foldable handwheel optimize operational safety and space usage. Its servo drive system delivers stable rotation speed below 20°/s, with a 2.3kW motor capable of testing rebars up to φ40mm. A complete set of 45 bending mandrels covers HRB400 and HRB500 rebar specifications to satisfy all GB/T232 test requirements.
