How to Meet ISO 1167 Pipe Testing Standards? HST Launches All-in-One Plastic Pipes Burst Strength Tester

     HST GROUP has released its integrated HSTXG-10T Plastic Pipes Burst Strength Tester system, fully complying with ISO 1167 alongside GB/T and ASTM standards for plastic pipeline internal pressure evaluation.

    This complete Testing suite consists of a pressure mainframe, HST-TANK thermostatic water chamber and 304 stainless steel end caps. It performs two core Tests: instant hydraulic burst measurement and long-term constant-pressure rupture resistance test for PE, PVC, PP-R and composite pipes, covering pipe diameters D16 to D1000.

   Matching HST-TANK water bath delivers 20–95 ℃ constant temperature circulation with efficient heat preservation, cutting power consumption by over 70%. Patented stainless steel end caps adopt radial sealing design to eliminate leakage during long-duration tests.

   With bilingual operation interfaces and full safety protection against leakage, short circuit and power failure, the equipment serves pipe manufacturers, quality inspection labs and research institutes. Custom channel numbers and tank sizes are available to satisfy diverse ISO 1167 testing demands.
