Rated Class 0.5 precision per ISO7500-1 and ASTM E4, this four-column Tester delivers ±0.5% load accuracy across 0.4%~100% full scale, supporting tension, compression, flexure, shear and peel tests for plastics, metal, geotextiles and composite materials. It also fulfills ASTM D638, ISO6892, BS EN10002-1 and CE safety directives EN61010-1.
Equipped with Delta servo drive and preloaded high-precision ball screws, the unit adopts three closed-loop control (stress/strain/displacement) and multi-language test software to auto-generate editable test reports. Standard fittings include wedge grips and compression plates, with optional three-point bending fixtures and Epsilon extensometers available for customized lab & factory QC inspection.
