Manufactured in Jinan, China, this floor-type Tester measures impact fracture energy of steel, iron and alloy specimens with U/V notches under dynamic two-point bending impact load.Available in four energy grades of 300J,450J,600J and750J, the unit features fixed 150° pendulum swing angle and 5.24m/s striking speed, matching standard specimen dimension 10×10(7.5/5)×55mm as required by ASTM E23 and EN10045-1. Equipped with high-precision photoelectric encoder, industrial touch screen, dedicated Windows test software and supporting printer, it enables automatic data acquisition, storage and report printing.
With complete safety guard and standard spare parts, the equipment serves metal factories, university labs and research institutes for high-volume toughness inspection under 15~35℃ ambient condition below 85% non-condensing humidity.
