Application:

This machine is suitable for testing the simulation mechanical properties of the moving parts of special car door lock. The door type widened design, with special lock measuring device, can realize the car door lock two-dimensional force.

Feature:

The longitudinal load requirements of the lock body and latch assembly of the door lock are as following: the lock body and latch assembly of the door lock should be able to withstand 4440N longitudinal load in the half locking position, and 11110N longitudinal load in the full locking position, and shall not be removed; In the lateral load requirement, the full locking position should be able to withstand a load of 8890N. In addition to the resistance to inertia force, door chain performance requirements.

Tensile testing machines are required to perform longitudinal load and transverse load tests respectively, and perform performance tests in two states of half-lock position and full-lock position respectively. For example, the test process of transverse load and full locking position shall meet the following requirements:
