Application:

This machine is specially used to test the adhesive strength between the glass and the metal frame of the car skylight. It can test the adhesive performance of the whole skylight assembly under normal and high temperature conditions. The double-side observation window can check the progress of the test at any time. In order to prevent the splash when the glass of the specimen is broken, the observation window is equipped with a safety protective net, and the specimen fragments can be cleaned through the slag cleaning port, which is convenient and quick.

The whole test process is controlled automatically by the microcomputer, and according to the standards of the automobile industry, test software can be compiled to measure the tensile strength, pressure retention performance, elongation and other parameters of the product.
